On September 22, 2002 we went from a rag-tag
group of amateur ghost hunters to Double A Paranormal Investigation. After a few days of bantering about possible names,
joking, word play, and some terrible name ideas (like Syracuse Spook Busters and Monkey Business Paranormal) we finally came
up with a name that suited us as well as having a neat sounding acronym name (DAPI - pronounced: da (rhyming with yeah)
pee). The "Double A" part stands for the brother & sister founders: Andrew & Alisha. We didn't want to
step on the toes of the famous Ghost Hunters, "TAPS", be we really loved what they doing. Debunking everything until
they were left with only the truly unexplainable, which was similar to what we were already doing. Trying to find explanations
and reasoning behind unusual occurrences. We really loved searching for the strange places and finding more than met
the eye. Sometimes we would be met with real disappointment and heartbreak when somewhere that looked super haunting
came up completely debunked, but that's what separates the investigators from the seekers. Investigators, like us, go
into a place that looks haunted, and discover why things go bump in the night, where the seekers go to a place that they think
is haunted and tell everyone that things are going bump in the night. We have had fun, thrills, chills, scares, scrapes,
bruises, sacrifice and disappointment and it has all been worth it!

The Double A Paranormal Investigation team is located and opperated in Southwest Kansas. We investigate in Southwest
Kansas and extreme Southeast Colorado. As far as we have been able to find out, we are the only paranormal investigators
in this area. If you are or know paranormal investigators in this area please let us know. We would love to get
together and swap stories and techniques. If you have a haunting or paranormal event you would like us to investigate,
or if you just want to learn more about us, please don't hesitate to email us.
